Other Reminders
- Large suitcases stay securely in the vehicle during the tour and you must pack a small backpack for the night in the desert, as camels cannot carry large luggage
- Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals are available and you do not need to email the operator; simply inform your driver on the first morning of the tour
- From November to February, desert nights can drop to 0°C–5°C. Standard Tents do not include heating, but warm blankets are provided, while Luxury Tents are equipped with heating for added comfort
- A working mobile number with WhatsApp is required for coordination during the trip
- Please also bring sufficient cash (EUR or MAD) for lunches (Approximately Euro 10–13 per meal), drinks, and tips, as ATMs are not available in the desert area
- In some cases, pick-up and drop-off may take place at the nearest accessible parking point to your accommodation, especially for riads or locations where vehicles cannot enter. Otherwise, pick-up and drop-off will be provided directly at your accommodation
- Accommodation on the second night is in a standard Merzouga desert camp with shared toilets and bathrooms
