- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Partial refund rules: 1. Without violating local road safety laws, if the itinerary exceeds the scheduled time due to force majeure factors such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents, our company's driver-guide has the right to adjust, change, or cancel the sightseeing arrangements based on the time available. 2. If the client's delay causes an overtime situation, the delayed client should pay the driver-guide directly according to the local overtime fee rules.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
