Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• Partial refund rules: 1. Without violating local road safety laws, if the itinerary exceeds the scheduled time due to force majeure factors such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents, our company's driver-guide has the right to adjust, change, or cancel the sightseeing arrangements based on the time available. 2. If the client's delay causes an overtime situation, the delayed client should pay the driver-guide directly according to the local overtime fee rules.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
