2026 HARCO | Eight-Event Combined Sports Challenge
HARCO is a hybrid fitness competition combining running and functional movements. Participants repeatedly switch between running and challenges, pushing forward through accumulating fatigue— Running to challenge to running again to challenge again, until completion. In HARCO, rhythm is no longer solely under individual control. The BPM in the arena continuously pushes forward, affecting breathing, pace, and movement frequency. When physical strength declines and rhythm begins to falter, What is truly tested is not just whether you can complete the movements, But whether you can still maintain the rhythm, consistently perform, and make it to the end. HARCO is designed for everyone. Regardless of experience or intensity, everyone will find their rhythm and their own way to move forward. Music, lighting, and space operate in sync, transforming the beat into perceptible pressure and guidance. You will be pushed forward. You might also lose your rhythm in the process. Participants need to adjust their state amidst changing beats and continuously complete movements. HARCO is more than just a competition. It is a rhythm-driven fitness arena. Whether you can complete it depends on whether you can maintain control within the rhythm.
