How many days can the chartered car service be used for? Can the itinerary be planned by myself?

Supports 2-5 days of multi-day customization, and can be combined with itineraries such as Chaozhou Fenghuang Mountain/Raoping Tulou/Jieyang Tower (for multi-day use, please place multiple orders).

When will the supplier contact me regarding the itinerary?

Driver information and license plate number will be updated on the Klook voucher before 20:00 on the day before the trip.

What routes are included in the chartered car service? Can routes be customized?

You can choose to play fixed routes (details can be found in the itinerary overview in the package details), or customize routes, which you can adjust according to your own needs.

Can I book a car on the same day?

Yes, please place an order at least 1 hour in advance so that the operator can dispatch the vehicle. Please note that if the actual car usage for same-day bookings is less than 10 hours or 100 kilometers, the price difference will not be refunded.

How long is the stay at each attraction? Are tickets included?

The stay time at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Usually, the driver will communicate with you to ensure there is enough time to visit and take photos. Tickets are not included.

Does the driver speak English?

The driver only speaks Chinese and will try to communicate using a translation application.
