- For those arriving in a new country or destination, you will need to setup the APN (Access Point Names) on your phone to enjoy the data roaming
- If you’re not sure how to set this up, please follow this quick start guide
- For Android users: Go to Settings and select Connections –> select Mobile Networks and search for Access Point Names (APN) –> click Add and select Name, edit it to tunetalk and click OK –> save the edited APN and select tunetalk. Please check the Android video guide for assistance
- For iOS users: Go to Settings and select Mobile Data –> select Mobile Data Network –> ensure Access Point Name (APN) is tunetalk. Please check the iOS video guide for assistance
