- The opening hours for the entrance to "Women's Forbidden Gate" and the main gate at Cape Kamui may be adjusted due to weather conditions (such as rain, strong winds, etc.). The final arrangement will be based on the actual on-site schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
- To avoid delaying your next departure, please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes early.
- This itinerary does not include lunch; we recommend you dine on your own in Otaru.
- If the return journey is delayed, we are not responsible for any resulting taxi fares or accommodation costs.
- Depending on weather or traffic congestion, the visiting time for some attractions may be shortened or canceled. Additionally, parking arrangements may vary based on the vehicle number.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you after 3:00 PM on the day before your trip, including: meeting time, tour guide contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go to your spam folder).
- If you experience motion sickness or seasickness, please prepare protective measures in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
- Infants aged 0-2 years who do not occupy a seat are free, but advance notice must be given to avoid being refused service by the driver due to vehicle overcrowding.
- If some attractions are closed on specific dates, alternative attractions will be arranged for you. We may not be able to notify you in advance for each one, and we appreciate your understanding.
- Please keep your phone accessible during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in a timely manner.
- If the number of participants on the day is less than 10, the itinerary will be adjusted to a small group tour mode. The small group tour will be served by a Chinese driver-guide (司導), and sightseeing within the attractions will be free and self-guided. Due to the language service limitations of small group tours, the driver-guide will not be able to provide in-depth explanations of attractions in Japanese or English throughout the entire tour. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and awareness before booking.

- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
