Vehicle & luggage info

• Passenger capacity: 4 passengers excluding the driver
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 1 hour(s) or more
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 3 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time
