- 【Kanas + Hemu】Upon entering the scenic area, you need to transfer to a shuttle bus. It is recommended to store large luggage on the tour bus and only carry a backpack or small luggage containing necessary clothing, valuables, and toiletries; accommodation conditions are limited, rooms are small and without air conditioning, and room types are not fixed; in case of special force majeure such as heavy snow blocking the mountain or sudden weather changes, we will flexibly adjust the touring order of Kanas and Hemu, and adjust accommodation.
- 【Lavender Manor (Flower Season Gift)】The flowering period is usually from June 10th to July 10th each year. The flowering period may be delayed or advanced depending on the weather and temperature of the year; to visit the lavender in June, you need to depart early (around 07:00, with breakfast packed).
- 【Kashgar Old City】Local Uyghur people live normally in the old city. When taking photos, you must obtain their permission to avoid unnecessary trouble. Shops in the city sell ethnic minority local specialties and handicrafts. Please note that local passenger aviation and railways have regulations prohibiting the transportation of Uyghur ethnic craft knives. Please try your best to discern and consume rationally when shopping.
- 【Pamir Plateau】1. The plateau has high altitude, lack of oxygen, and strong winds. Elderly people are prone to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and high-altitude emergencies. Those with cardiopulmonary diseases should be cautious. 2. Prepare oxygen cylinders, oximeters, and common first-aid medicines as needed. 3. Slow down your actions, avoid strenuous activities, pay attention to keeping warm and sun protection, and immediately inhale oxygen and descend if you feel unwell. 4. Apply for a border pass in advance. The itinerary is mainly for viewing from a distance, and do not force your way into high-altitude areas. 5. Those over 70 years old are prohibited from entering Muztagh Ata Glacier Park and can only view it from the periphery.
- 【Panlong Ancient Road】The Xiaopanlong section is open from March to April. The entire section will open from mid-to-late April, depending on weather conditions. During the closed period, tours will be arranged for the Xiaopanlong and Bandier Lake sections. In case of heavy snow or other special circumstances, if the Xiaopanlong road is closed, only Bandier Lake will be visited. The Panlong Ancient Road only allows vehicles with 7 seats or fewer. Vehicles will be allocated based on the number of people, and small cars will be arranged for the tour. Please be aware.
- 【Highland Tips】1. Sanitary conditions are limited. You may prepare some common medicines according to your own situation before traveling; 2. The temperature difference between morning and evening can reach 15-20 degrees Celsius, so you need to bring enough warm clothing; 3. Ultraviolet rays are strong, so prepare sun protection products; 4. Drink plenty of water: Due to low air humidity, the human body is prone to dehydration. In addition, increased hemoglobin leads to increased blood viscosity, which can easily form blood clots and trigger cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Quit smoking: The affinity of carbon monoxide produced by cigarettes for hemoglobin is 250 to 300 times that of oxygen. Heavy smoking will significantly worsen altitude sickness; 6. Learn correct breathing methods: slow and rhythmic breathing (abdominal breathing is preferred); 7. Avoid strenuous activities and emotional excitement: Avoid taking overly hot baths, so as not to accelerate the body's metabolism and aggravate hypoxia, leading to pulmonary edema; 8. People under 16 and over 65, those suffering from anemia, diabetes, more severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic lung diseases, and pregnant women are not suitable for highland tourism.
- [Attraction Order] The driving time and attraction visiting time in the itinerary are all estimates, and there may be some discrepancies in reality. The actual arrangements shall prevail; the order of attractions will be adjusted as appropriate according to the time of the day (peak/off-peak season, traffic jams, etc.).
- 【Driving Mileage】Relevant departments stipulate that tourist vehicles shall not travel more than 600 kilometers per day. The daily mileage designed for the product itinerary is within the 600-kilometer requirement. However, due to factors such as vehicle GPS signals, there may be discrepancies between the designed mileage and the actual mileage on some days. If the GPS shows that the daily mileage is close to 600 kilometers, we will arrange for other nearby vehicles to provide short-distance transfers. Thank you for your understanding!
- 【Single Room Supplement】(If a single room supplement is incurred, please pay it yourself): Single occupancy must pay a single room supplement. For triple occupancy, it is recommended to prepay the single room supplement. If there is no single room supplement, a triple room/extra bed will be arranged if possible, but this is not 100% guaranteed. If no triple room/extra bed is available, it will be a twin standard room.
- 【Booking Restrictions】Seniors: Those aged 60 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by family members to travel; those aged 70 and above cannot be accommodated. Minors: Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by family members to join the group; individual registrations cannot be accommodated. Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues: Those suffering from severe illnesses (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, post-operative recovery period, etc.), pregnant women, and those with mobility issues cannot be accommodated.
- 【Shopping Reminder】Shopping in scenic spots and along the way is a voluntary personal act. Please choose carefully and keep your receipts, as it is not related to the travel agency. Most shopping in Xinjiang uses kilograms as the unit of measurement; please confirm clearly. When bargaining in the market, please be polite and courteous, and only bargain after you have decided to purchase.
- [Scenic Area Voucher] To enter the scenic area, you must present the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Travel Permit filled in at the time of booking. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to document issues, additional costs will be at your own expense. Please inform us in advance if you hold a discount certificate.
- 【Destination Tips】1. Xinjiang is home to various ethnic minorities with strong religious beliefs. Ethnic groups who believe in Islam do not eat pork, etc., and must not be offended; 2. In accordance with national and regional environmental protection laws and policies, tourist buses will be suspended during free activities, and air conditioning or heating will not be available in the vehicles during this period; 3. The scenic area has many recreational facilities and activities. Participants should act according to their physical condition. Tourists are solely responsible for any injuries caused by their own reasons or illnesses during the trip; 4. When traveling in Xinjiang, due to the long journey and significant climate differences, symptoms of acclimatization may occur. Travelers should carry relevant medications and some common medicines; 5. Xinjiang is a land of fruits, and eating fruit in Xinjiang is a great pleasure, but be sure not to drink hot tea after eating fruit to avoid diarrhea; 6. Xinjiang belongs to the Northwest region, and its economy differs from that of the inland areas, so there may be differences in food, accommodation, and transportation compared to the inland.
- 【Other Reminders】During the itinerary, tourists are not allowed to leave the tour group without authorization. Otherwise, all losses and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the tourists themselves; if the itinerary is delayed or other expenses are incurred due to irresistible factors, tourists are requested to understand and bear the costs themselves; once this itinerary is joined, no fees will be refunded if the guest leaves the group or cancels the tour for any reason midway.
