Review for: Ho Chi Minh - Buon Me Thuot · 22-Cabin Limousine (WC)

Very bad experience. I booked the Limousine that was departed on July 9, but the system showed that my reservation will be confirmed on July 10. After communication with customer service, they solved the problem for me. The seat I booked was lower berth, but when I got on the coach, I found that I was assigned at upper berth (upper berth is cheaper). Then I reported this issue to customer service, but haven't received any feedback till today. Anyway, using Klook's service is a very bad experience, I will not use Klook's service in the future!
