• If you are late for the meeting place and time on the day of the tour, you may not be able to join the tour.
• As required by Japanese law, please wear a seat belt on the bus.
• There is no restroom available on the bus, but we will take some toilet breaks on the way.
• If there is only a small group of participants, other smaller vehicles may be used instead of the large bus.
• The tour may be cancelled before departure due to bad weather on the day of departure. The tour fee will be refunded, but you will be responsible for transportation expenses to the meeting point.
• Japanese summers are hot and humid, so please take care. Drink water or sports drinks regularly, even if you don’t feel thirsty, Use your complimentary Hanagasa uchiwa to stay cool, We recommend bringing a cooling towel or portable fan
• Traditional attire is beautiful but requires extra care. Take smaller steps to keep your yukata neat, Geta (wooden sandals) may cause discomfort—bring comfortable shoes as a backup, Be careful on stairs; slightly lift your yukata to avoid tripping
• As a participant, you are part of the festival experience. Follow instructions from staff and dancers, keep a safe distance from others. Most importantly, enjoy and keep the “Yassho, Makasho!” spirit
• Leave large luggage on the bus and carry only a small bag
• Keep important items (passport, wallet) with you at all times
• Please use designated trash bins or take your trash back to the bus
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas

• Portable Battery (Your phone will be busy taking photos!)

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
