Q1. How to collect admission tickets?

After completing your order, the system will automatically send an "e-ticket QR Code" to your email. You can scan this code for admission during the exhibition period.

Q2. How to collect merchandise included in the package ticket?

Please present your "e-ticket" at the exhibition entrance to receive a physical redemption card. You can then use this card to redeem specified merchandise at the store area.

Note: Please keep the card safe. We are not responsible for lost cards. Thank you for your cooperation.

Q3. At what age or height are children admitted free of charge?

• Children under 1 year old: Free admission.
• Children aged 1 to 3 years old: Eligible for a half-price concession ticket.
• Children aged 3 years old (inclusive) and above, students: Eligible for a concession ticket.
• Please present your NHI card or relevant identification documents upon admission.

Q4: Do tickets have a designated admission date?

No designated date is required; tickets are valid for admission throughout the exhibition period. Simply present your QR Code for verification and entry during the exhibition hours (10:00-18:00).

Q5: Can unused tickets be refunded?

Unused orders can be refunded before the exhibition ends on 2026/09/28.

Q6: Can multi-person package tickets be used for separate entries?

To protect your verification rights, multi-person package tickets must be used for "simultaneous, single-entry" admission and cannot be split. We recommend waiting for all members of your party to arrive before presenting the QR Code to staff together! ✨

Q7: Exhibition operating information:

• Daily 10:00 - 18:00
• To ensure the quality of your viewing experience, on-site ticket sales and admission stop at 17:00. We recommend allowing ample time to experience the whimsical world 🌼

Q8: Can I re-enter on the same day?

Yes, you can! Please ask staff at the exit to stamp your hand with an "admission stamp for the day." You can then re-enter with this stamp (valid only for the same day).

Q9: Can I bring pets, strollers, or large luggage into the exhibition?

• Baby strollers: Welcome in the exhibition area. Let's explore beauty with our little ones 👶
• Pets: Not allowed (except for guide dogs). Large luggage: To ensure smooth movement, please store luggage in lockers outside the museum. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q10: Location and opening hours of the nursing room

Nursing rooms are located on the north side of the 1st floor and the east side of B1 of this museum, and are open during the museum's operating days and hours.

Q11: What if my e-ticket email is accidentally deleted or lost?

Due to different platform regulations, if your ticket is lost, please contact the customer service of your "original ticketing platform" for assistance. To protect your viewing rights and save valuable time, we recommend checking your email or backing up your ticket QR Code by taking a screenshot to your phone's album before admission. Q12: Is eating and drinking allowed in the exhibition hall?

To protect the exhibits and maintain a pleasant viewing environment, eating and drinking are prohibited in the exhibition hall, except for the souvenir area!

💡Reminder: To provide everyone with the most perfect surreal aesthetic experience, if you need to eat or drink during your visit, please get a hand stamp at the entrance to exit. After eating, you can re-enter the exhibition with the hand stamp.

Q13: Is there a luggage storage service in the exhibition hall?

Coin-operated lockers are available on the first floor of the National Taiwan Science Education Center. If you have large luggage or need to find a specific location, please inquire directly at the service desk in the first-floor lobby, and staff will guide you.

Q14: Transportation methods

[By Public Transportation]

• Shilin Station (Red Line): Exit from Exit 1, transfer to bus Red 12, Red 30, 41, 557, 620 and alight at "National Taiwan Science Education Center Station."
• Jiantan Station (Red Line): Exit from Exit 3, transfer to bus Red 30, 41, 9006, Citizen Minibus 8 and alight at "National Taiwan Science Education Center Station."
• National Highway Bus: Take 2022, 9006 from Taipei Bus Station and alight at "Shilin Administrative Center Station," then walk for about 3 minutes.

[By Car]

• On-site parking: The National Taiwan Science Education Center has an underground paid parking lot (enter from Lane 190, Section 4, Chengde Road).
• Nearby parking: If the on-site parking is full, you can use the paid parking lots at the nearby Taipei Children's Amusement Park or Meilun Park.

Warm reminder: Weekends and holidays are usually crowded, so it is recommended to leave early or use public transportation.

[Ticket Holder Information]

• This ticket is an admission voucher for [A World of Wonder: Anna & Daniel Special Exhibition], valid only during the exhibition period stated on the ticket. It will expire and cannot be reissued after the validity period. Present this voucher to exchange for admission on-site. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be reused.
• This ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or change. It will not be reissued if lost or damaged. The exhibition opening hours, location, and related regulations are subject to the organizer's announcements. It is recommended to check before admission.
• Concession tickets are applicable to: children aged 1 (inclusive) to under 3 years old, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above, and the holder of a disability certificate and one necessary accompanying person (must enter simultaneously with the holder). Valid original identification documents must be presented for verification upon admission. Each document is limited to one ticket purchase; those who do not carry identification or do not meet the qualifications must pay the difference in ticket price according to on-site regulations before admission.
• Discount tickets are applicable to: valid student ID cards of domestic colleges and universities (based on the registration stamp of the current semester), children aged 3 (inclusive) and above, and official website members of Gubeiding (limited to Cloud Mist, River, Ocean levels). Valid original identification documents must be presented upon admission. Each document is limited to one ticket purchase; those who do not carry identification or do not meet the qualifications must pay the difference in ticket price according to on-site regulations before admission.
• Some exhibition areas may restrict photography or eating and drinking. Please comply with on-site regulations. Refunds must be processed according to platform regulations. Used or expired tickets will not be accepted for refunds. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the content of the event and the final interpretation.
• Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages; when proceeding with ticket purchase and refund operations, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to comply with all the above matters.
