• Basic comfort with scooters is advised; training provided
• Participants are not allowed to use their own scooters
• For safety reasons, the tour guide will assess your ability to ride an e-scooter. If your skills are deemed insufficient, you may be unable to join the tour and will be refunded
• The tour departs promptly at the time scheduled. Before departure, the operator will review the e-scooter, suit you up with a helmet, and confirm you have completed a waiver
• Parking must be obtained for at least 2.5 hours. It is recommended to take public transit
• Storage for personal belongings is available depending on size. A storage fee of CAD 10/bag applies
• Routes are mostly paved roads, sidewalks, bike paths, side roads, and some hills. Guides adapt routes for comfort
• There is a washroom for use at Sandman Hotel and a washroom break approximately 1 hour into the tour
• A water bottle fill station and water fountain are available at the midway stop
• There will be multiple scenic photo stops
