You’ll train just like real fighters do, but at your own pace.
What to expect
Step into an authentic Muay Thai training experience and learn Thailand’s national sport in a fun, supportive group environment. This 90-minute class is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced participants.
Your session begins with a warm-up, followed by guided instruction in punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Trainers break down each technique step by step, helping you build confidence and proper form. You’ll then move into pad work with a professional Thai trainer, where you can practice combinations and experience real fight-style training.
Optional light sparring or clinch work may be available, always supervised and suitable for your level.
