Fantastic 5.0

Very informative tour with a great tour guide, Krzysiek, who was with us from meeting point till the end. Communication was timely and well organised.

Great 4.0

I felt rushed. I would have enjoyed the tour more if we had been able to spend more time looking at the exhibits. I found that we were not even in some locations long enough for me to read the written explanations of what we were seeing. It felt like an assembly line. I don't fault the the guide. The whole experience felt rushed and I didn't like that.

Fair 1.0

The Klook platform allows free cancellations up to 24 hours in advance, but the supplier changed the meeting point 14 hours before departure without making a phone call to confirm that the participants had been notified. As a result, we were unable to join the tour, and there were no alternative tours available to switch to within 1 to 2 days.
