An absolutely amazing experience with Victorious Cruise! The ship itself was brand new, having been sailing for only two months, so everything was spotless, modern, and impeccably maintained. What made our experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality of the crew. Every staff member was warm, approachable, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. A special thank you to Shynn, our butcher, who took great care of us from the very beginning. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout the cruise. It is a memory we will treasure for a lifetime! Highly recommend this cruise! The entire process from booking to disembarkation was incredibly smooth. Their customer service is top-notch; they even perfectly organized a cake and decorations for a birthday celebration. - Comfortable and breathable clothing and shoes are best for outdoor activities like hiking. Don't forget to bring swimwear, towels, and extra clothes if you plan to swim or kayak.
- Please bring sunscreen, hats, and long-sleeved shirts in the summer.
- Do not bring single-use plastic bottles or bags on board. You can bring your own reusable water tumblers.
- The Wi-Fi signal/internet connection can be unstable as the cruise moves deeper into Halong Bay.
- If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please inform us in advance.
- For people with mobility problems, you can skip hiking/ visiting cave activity and stay onboard. If you need any help during the trip, tell the nearest guide or staff immediately.
