• Without reducing the number of attractions, our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary. In the event of itinerary delays or changes caused by force majeure or the tourists' own reasons, our company will not be responsible for any losses or liabilities incurred, and any resulting expenses shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• The times marked in the itinerary are for reference only, and the actual tour situation on the day shall prevail. The itinerary may change and be adjusted due to factors such as weather, road conditions, holidays, traffic arrival and departure times, scenic area queuing and control, tourists themselves, and force majeure. • Each scenic area has a shopping district, which is a basic commercial facility for the scenic area and not a designated shopping store by a travel agency. Please identify carefully, choose cautiously, and consume rationally. If your consumer rights are infringed upon, our company will assist you in handling related matters, but will not bear any related responsibility.
• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately 1 day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time. Otherwise, to avoid delaying other guests' itineraries, we will depart promptly and refuse to wait. If a guest fails to arrive on time due to their own reasons, they will be responsible for the full loss.
• Tourists must pay attention to their personal safety and carry valuable items with them!! Do not leave valuable items in the hotel or tour bus! Please take good care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency will not be responsible for any losses due to improper personal safekeeping.
• When departing, you must carry valid identification documents. If you are unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to not carrying valid identification documents, the tourist shall bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred.
• If guests leave the group or change their itinerary midway due to personal reasons, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. Any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• Travel agencies do not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting without authorization.
• Tourists must ensure they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any conditions. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to the tourist's poor health.
• Itinerary reference: Near Shanghai People's Square International Hotel or Shanghai Railway Station to Lion Grove Garden/Humble Administrator's Garden to Lunch (self-arranged) to Hanshan Temple to Fengqiao Scenic Area to Shantang Street District to return to Shanghai People's Square or Shanghai Railway Station
• The two routes are arranged independently. Choose the Lion Grove Garden route to visit Lion Grove Garden and subsequent attractions throughout the tour, or choose the Humble Administrator's Garden route to visit Humble Administrator's Garden and subsequent attractions throughout the tour. The two gardens are not combined for touring.
• Meeting time: 7:30 AM, Location: Near Shanghai People's Square International Hotel or Shanghai Railway Station; specific time and location are subject to actual arrangements.
• One day before departure, before 6 PM, a tour notification or staff WeChat QR code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Customer service and staff will proactively contact you. Please submit your identification documents promptly to facilitate itinerary arrangements. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Children under 1.4 meters (inclusive) in height are charged the child price; children 1.4 meters and below include a seat, tour guide, but do not include scenic spot tickets.
• Children taller than 1.4 meters are charged the same as adults.
