1. In case of damage or loss of rental items, please contact to the CS center.

2. If rental items are not returned within the agreed period without prior notice, appropriate measures will be taken immediately.
3. To change the rental date, notify CS center by 6 PM the day before your original reservation.
4. To change the pick-up terminal, notify CS center by 6 PM the day before your original reservation.
5. No changes can be made on the day of the reservation.
6. Pick-up and return are available at both T1 and T2, only during the business hours.
7. Minimum rental period is 3 days. Rentals 1 or 2 days will still be charged at the 3-day rate.
8. Business horus : 06:-00 ~ 22:00. (KST)
9. Minor scratches or normal wear and tear will not incur repair fee.
10. In case of loss or permanent damage, 100% of the item’s purchase price will be charged.
11. For repairable damages, the repair cost will be billed with the receipt attached to the customer.
12. If additional fees are not paid, rental items are not returned, or no contact is made for 3 days, legal action will be taken.
