- Accommodation arrangements: Our agency primarily arranges highland B&Bs, which offer 24-hour hot water and WiFi. Room types available include double rooms with private bathrooms, twin rooms with private bathrooms, and family rooms (one double bed + one single bed) with private bathrooms. If two people register, a twin room will be prioritized; if unavailable, a double room will be arranged. If 3, 5, or 7 people register, one of the rooms will be a triple family room.
- Accommodation arrangements: If you require a single room with a private bathroom, you can choose to upgrade your package: single supplement private room upgrade. If you do not wish to pay extra, we will prioritize finding you a same-sex roommate. If we cannot find one, you will need to pay the single room difference. Thank you for your understanding.
- The Highlands are all natural scenery, basically without entrance fees. Since the shared tour itinerary is relatively tight, if there are paid attractions such as entering castles or taking boat tours, the shared tour will not arrange them for now.

- Due to limited luggage space in the tour vehicle, please bring small carry-on luggage. The size of each guest's luggage should be controlled within 26 inches. If you have oversized luggage, please be sure to contact us in advance for approval to avoid delaying boarding on the day of departure due to oversized luggage. On the day of departure, if customers bring oversized luggage themselves, they can store it at Edinburgh Waverley Station. The tour guide and driver have the right to refuse to carry it on the day of departure, and our company will not be responsible for any disputes arising therefrom.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 12:00 PM, 10 days before the usage date (inclusive).
- For cancellations or changes made 6-10 days before the usage date, including before 12:00 PM, a 50% fee will be charged.
- For cancellations or changes made before 12:00 PM, 1-6 days prior to the usage date (inclusive), a 100% fee will be charged.
- No refunds or changes are allowed on the day of the itinerary.
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 5 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
