Extra fees- Tour guide instructions: If the number of people in the group is less than 7, only driver-guide service will be provided (the driver will not enter scenic spots, will not provide tour guide services, or explanations for scenic spots, venues).
- Single room supplement: Single occupancy must pay a single room supplement. For triple occupancy, it is recommended to prepay the single room supplement; if there is no single room supplement, a triple room, extra bed will be arranged if possible, but success is not 100%. If no triple room, extra bed is available, it will be a standard double room. Single room supplement: Single occupancy must pay a single room supplement.

- 【Huangguoshu Scenic Area】(1) The Shuiliandong Scenic Area is located within the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. If it encounters rainy weather or maintenance, it may be closed or you may not be able to visit if you do not have a reservation. No additional refunds will be given, please be aware; (2) Tianxing Bridge, Doupotang, and Huangguoshu Waterfall are all within the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. The tour guide may adjust the visiting order of the three scenic areas based on the actual crowd flow on the day to facilitate more reasonable staggered travel; Shuiliandong is a free small attraction included in the Huangguoshu package, but due to narrow roads and limited capacity, the scenic area implements timed and limited reservation visits. If reservations are full, you will not be able to visit (reservations cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons such as May Day, National Day, and July-August), please be aware!
- 【Xijiang Accommodation】(1) Guizhou is rainy, and Xijiang is located in a mountain valley, so rooms are inevitably damp. (2) All accommodations in Xijiang are folk inns, equipped with air conditioning and water heaters, but there is a gap compared to hotels of the same level in cities. Also, the number of rooms in a single inn is small, so you might be accommodated in several different inns. There are no luggage carts when entering the scenic area, so you need to carry your luggage and walk (10-20 minutes) to your hotel within the scenic area; it is recommended that you bring a light backpack or handbag when traveling to pack your luggage the day before and enter the village with light luggage. (3) Inns with views in Xijiang face the scenery on one side and the mountain on the other; room assignments are random, and a view is not guaranteed. (4) Due to Xijiang's remote location, ingredients cannot be transported in time, resulting in fewer types of dishes, and the dining standard will be lower than that of Guiyang. We appreciate your understanding.
- 【Fanjingshan Scenic Area】Due to the limited capacity of Fanjingshan Scenic Area, only 8,000 people are allowed to visit daily, and tickets can only be booked and purchased with real names three days in advance. There are two ways to visit Fanjingshan Scenic Area: (1) Take the round-trip ropeway up and down the mountain from the East Gate of Jiangkou Scenic Area, with a walking time of 2 hours; (2) Walk up the mountain from the West Gate of Yinjiang for about 3 hours, then take the ropeway down to the East Gate to return. Our agency prioritizes booking East Gate tickets. If the East Gate is sold out, we will switch to Yinjiang West Gate tickets. During peak tourist season, if neither the East Gate nor the West Gate can be successfully booked, we will adjust your itinerary to visit other scenic spots (Yamugou Scenic Area). (3) In case of irresistible factors such as weather, if Fanjingshan cannot be visited, the attraction will be changed to Yamugou Scenic Area.
- 【Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area】(4) Fanjing Mountain is the main peak of the Wuling Mountains, with a high altitude. The climate at the peak and at the foot of the mountain varies greatly throughout the year. If the scenic area is temporarily closed due to irresistible factors such as heavy rain, snowfall, freezing, or strong winds, the team will adjust the itinerary to Yamugou Scenic Area, with no increase or decrease in fees. Please be aware! (5) According to Fanjing Mountain's ticketing requirements, each ID card can only purchase tickets online once within three months. If you enter Fanjing Mountain a second time within three months and have already purchased tickets online for the first time, then the second ticket purchase can only be made at the scenic area's ticket office. If there are no tickets available at the site, the ticket fee will be refunded, and no further compensation will be provided. (6) Since Fanjing Mountain operates on an advance reservation system, if guests make their own reservations to go up the mountain, it will be considered leaving the group, and our company will not be responsible for the consequences of leaving the group.
