• If you choose the Chinese group tour package, the group will disband around 19:00 at Chengdu Qintai Road, Jinsha Site Museum Metro Station.

• If you choose the English 3-12 person small group tour package, the minimum number of participants for this itinerary is 3 people. The confirmation of whether the tour will proceed will be made at the latest 2 days before departure. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you may apply to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.
• Private tours require a minimum of 2 participants. If there are not enough participants, you may apply to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.

• The staff will confirm the departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 18:00-21:00). Please gather at the designated location and time. • The large group itinerary includes one lunch (ten people per table, 8 dishes and 1 soup, meal standard 20 yuan/person); the small group does not include meals, and dining locations can be chosen according to the day's situation, or meals can be prepared independently.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, please bear the additional costs incurred.
• Regarding ticket refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the travel agency's group discount ticket price. For Dujiangyan and Panda Base, a total of 30 RMB per person will be refunded for discounted tickets, and a total of 60 RMB per person will be refunded for free tickets (free ticket or discount policies are subject to the scenic area's on-site regulations; please inform staff in advance and bring relevant documents).
• This itinerary involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, please ensure you are physically fit.
• For safety reasons: minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler; seniors aged 70 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-69; this product does not accept bookings from pregnant women, please understand.
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way.
