After overeating in Korea, I wanted to exercise by running and then relax in a hot spring. I stumbled upon Jagalchi Seawater Hot Spring and booked the gym + hot spring package! On the first floor, I showed the staff my QR code for the reservation. After confirming my name, they gave me a shoe locker number. I went up to the second floor, found the corresponding shoe locker, put my shoes inside, and then walked further in to find the clothes locker, which had the same number as the shoe locker. On the second floor, I changed into my workout clothes and headed to the gym on the fourth floor to exercise! (Since I booked the gym package, workout clothes were provided.) After my workout, I returned to the second floor, took off my workout clothes, and put them in the towel recycling bag. Then, I walked up the stairs to the third floor, which is the hot spring area. You need to bring your own body wash and shampoo. If you don't have toiletries, they are sold on the first floor, cash only. Soaking in the hot spring after a workout was incredibly relaxing! I'm so grateful to have found a place like this where I could use a gym during my trip to Korea, especially with all the delicious food I was eating every day. I came here for two consecutive days!!!
I highly recommend this traditional spa center! The environment is clean and hygienic, and the reception staff are very friendly. The masseuses' techniques are smooth and deep, thoroughly relaxing tense muscles and making me so comfortable I almost fell asleep. After the massage, a bath leaves you feeling light and completely refreshed. From the environment and techniques to the service details, everything is very satisfying. It's a great value-for-money place to recharge!
Location: Near Jagalchi Market. If you have a late flight on your last day and want to get to the airport feeling clean and comfortable, this experience is a great option. Experience: Unlike typical high-end jjimjilbangs, this one is frequented by local ajummas. Remember to bring your own toiletries so you don't have to spend an extra 2,000 Korean Won to buy them. Facilities: The entire place is clean, and the ajummas are very welcoming. If they see you're a foreigner, they'll even personally provide one-on-one assistance.

It was my first time visiting, so I was unsure about many things, but the locals were very helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I also had a body scrub, and my skin felt incredibly smooth afterward. I definitely want to go back to relax and rejuvenate the next time I visit Busan.
