The driver contacted us a day in advance to arrange the itinerary and stayed in touch, which made us feel very secure about our first hotel pickup group tour. The timing was perfect. However, there were two things we were very dissatisfied with regarding the train tickets: we had to coordinate with other group members to enter and exit together, and the seating arrangement was not thoughtful. The views from the left and right sides of the train are different, but there was no consideration given to booking seats in different areas.

The weather and scenery were absolutely perfect, and we met friendly people everywhere we went. I even learned a few Japanese phrases. Kyoto, we'll be back!

Our driver was an amazing driver! My family and I were impressed with how he drove through the small alleys to busy highways. He was very efficient in how he managed the itinerary so we stay on schedule.
