- Stroll along Hefang Street and Southern Song Imperial Street, see the exterior of Hu Qing Yu Tang, and visit the Southern Song Imperial Street Exhibition Hall to learn about Hangzhou's history and urban culture.
What to expect
This is an immersive half-day experience that combines Tai Chi wellness with Southern Song Dynasty culture:
Wu Mountain Tai Chi—Learn the starting posture and cloud hands in a serene setting, experiencing physical and mental relaxation through movement and stillness.
Tea Session Exchange—After a light sweat, enjoy tea and a short rest, chatting with the instructor about how Tai Chi can be integrated into life: stress relief, posture, and mindfulness.
Stroll Through the Southern Song Dynasty—From the vibrant street life of Hefang Street to the ancient Imperial Street, explore the historical fabric of Hangzhou.
Learn 1-2 classic and beautiful single movements such as "Starting Form" and "Cloud Hands".
Experience "Wuji stance" for 1-2 minutes, introspect in tranquility, and consolidate the state of relaxation and stillness.
After a Tai Chi training session, enjoy a cup of hot tea and exchange insights with your coach and fellow practitioners.
