driver arrived late due to traffic jam but it's okay as we were notified ahead of time. the driver is kind and approachable and promptly responds to our message. we still arrived ahead of opening hours which is good. premium lounge has a free drink upon redeeming the voucher. exclusive to klook users.

I visited a shopping outlet not far from Seoul and arrived before opening time. It was a great idea because it was less crowded at first. I also received a coupon on the shuttle bus and used it for a discount while shopping, which was a nice bonus. The shuttle bus back had plenty of seats, so the return trip was very comfortable.

This time, I used the Paju Outlets shuttle bus, and the overall experience was quite good. The pick-up point was easy to find, and the bus departed on time, which made things much easier since I didn't have to figure out transportation myself. Having round-trip arrangements made it very convenient, especially for first-time visitors.

This was an economical and comfortable way to travel to and from the outlet. The only downside is that there is only one return trip so if you don’t want to stay as long at the outlet, you just have to wait. The lounge was a comfortable place to wait though. Overall, definitely worth the price we paid.
