【Important Information Before Departure】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (being late, getting lost, feeling unwell, etc.), a refund will not be possible. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour. Throughout the journey, you will be sharing transportation with other passengers. Stopping outside of the designated attractions is not permitted.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver who also acts as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey. (In the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace. The driver will primarily focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively brief.)
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors. In the event of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to catch a flight on the same day should sign up with caution or allow ample time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For additional luggage, you can pay 2000 Japanese yen/piece to the driver/guide on the spot. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a disclaimer form from the staff’s email address jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation.)
