Within minutes of booking, the folks ar K.I. reached out on WhatsApp and confirmed and said our guide would connect with us shortly to confirm logistics. Then as expected, our guide Henry messaged us to confirm pick-up time at our hotel which was extremely convenient. The next time, Henry promptly arrived and explained the itinerary ans how the day was going to go. Henry was super informative and extremely helpful throughout the tour answering all our questions and made sure to point out all the important parts of each location. We had more than enough time at each spot and everything felt so relaxed and calm as we were working with our schedule. This is the best way to explore the surrounding areas of Seoul and not feel rushed or worries about tight schedules. Henry was the BEST guide and I highly highly recommend asking for him if you book this tour. You will not be disappointed!!!

A fuss free way to visit places away from Seoul with seniors and kids in the group. The coordinator was very prompt and helpful in communicating with me before the trip. Our guide/driver was Mr Genie, he was humorous, and fluent in English and Chinese. He shared many secret photo spots with us and really knows how to take photos from good angles for us. Overall a great experience!
