Nestled by the blue sea and sky of Zhanjiang Bay, there's a treasure park that integrates hardcore equipment, immersive experiences, and patriotic education – the Zhanjiang Military Culture Expo Park. As a national AAA-rated scenic area and Guangdong Province National Defense Education Base, it spans 25,000 square meters, bringing retired land, sea, and air heavy equipment into reality, allowing every visitor to personally touch the nation's power and experience the charm of military life.
The Land and Air Equipment Zone is a "Steel Armor Eagle Matrix," with 24 retired heavy pieces neatly arranged. The metal fuselages of J-8 fighter jets and H-6 bombers gleam with the luster of time. Amphibious tanks, self-propelled howitzers, and other equipment are within close reach, allowing visitors to touch the solid texture that once guarded the nation.
The Maritime Equipment Zone houses two major "national heavyweights": the retired Type 051GI Zhanjiang warship stands silently, its 30 years of naval glory condensed in every detail of its hull; the Kilo-class 877 submarine, known as the "Ocean Black Hole," allows visitors to explore its interior, including the command cabin, torpedo cabin, and 7 other functional areas, providing an immersive experience of a submariner's tough daily life.
Through cutaway models, graphic explanations, and real-scene displays, the exhibition area clearly presents the development history of national defense equipment, from anti-aircraft guns of the Anti-Japanese War period to modern main battle tanks, each piece of equipment tells a story of strengthening the military.

Things to note

It is strictly forbidden to damage retired military equipment or to engrave on it at will. Without permission, it is forbidden to engage in live streaming, selling or displaying items, distributing flyers, holding gatherings or speeches, or filming in the park for commercial promotion or other profit-making activities.
Visitors are requested to visit in a civilized manner, pay attention to safety warnings, and abide by the tour order. Please do not climb retired military equipment or cross safety fences; please do not push or shove, and be careful when going up and down stairs. If an accident occurs in the park, please contact the on-site staff in time.
For your safety, pregnant women and people with limited mobility are not allowed to visit. Elderly visitors (over 70 years old) and young visitors (children under 1.2 meters tall) must be accompanied by an adult with safety supervision capabilities throughout the visit to avoid accidents.
To ensure park safety, please do not bring roller skates, skateboards, children's tricycles, etc., into the park; pets are prohibited.
Please do not bring flammable, explosive, or other dangerous items into the park. It is strictly forbidden to barbecue, light bonfires, set off fireworks, or use open flames in the park.
Vehicles entering the park's parking lot must drive according to the prescribed routes. Please consciously abide by the park's parking management regulations and do not block safety passages.
In the event of severe weather or other natural disasters that cannot meet the park's safe operation, some or all of the park's facilities will be closed without prior notice. In case of sudden wind, rain, haze, or other severe weather, please pay attention to wind protection, anti-skid, and lightning protection, and obey the staff's instructions.
