Step into the world of Ikebana and bring a sense of Japanese elegance into your everyday life.
This experience takes place at Sogetsu WEST, a leading Ikebana space in western Japan. In a calm setting, you will learn the basics of Japanese flower arrangement through hands-on practice.
What makes this experience special is that the ideas you learn can be applied at home without special flowers or vases. You will discover how Ikebana can be enjoyed using ordinary flowers and familiar containers.
During the session, you will explore the history and philosophy of Ikebana and create your own original arrangement. Session slides can be sent by email upon request, and you are welcome to photograph your finished work.
