- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (local time 18:00) as to whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified by email at that time and as needed thereafter.
- The tour leader will not contact travelers proactively the day before departure. Travelers should go to the meeting point at the designated meeting time on the day of departure and look for the LION TRAVEL sign to check in.
- Please gather at the designated time and location on time. If travelers fail to arrive at the agreed location on time, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment of the itinerary, and no refund or compensation can be requested. Please be aware of this.
- This itinerary's transportation, accommodation, and tourist spots will be as faithful as possible to the original itinerary; in special circumstances such as inclement weather, traffic jams, full reservations for attractions and meals, temporary closure of attraction facilities, adjustments to accommodation hotels, or due to seasonal changes and hotel confirmations, as well as other irresistible factors, the itinerary sequence will be slightly adjusted or tourist attractions will be exchanged. - The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route snow walls (Snow Wall/Great Snow Valley) are natural landscapes, and their actual height will depend on the weather and natural conditions of the year. We cannot guarantee the height of the snow walls that can be viewed, please understand.
- In winter, snow scenes may not be visible at every tourist attraction, depending on weather conditions.
- Bus seats are one seat per person, and we cannot accept advance seat assignments. Due to legal regulations, passengers must fasten their seat belts when the bus is in operation, please cooperate.
- The opening hours of Kamikochi are subject to official announcements; if it is not open, or if it is temporarily closed due to weather factors and official announcements, the itinerary will be changed to visit [Matsumoto Castle and the Castle Town Shopping Street], and no refunds will be given, please understand.
- Due to the peak season of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route opening, the transportation, accommodation, and tourist spots of this itinerary will be as faithful as possible to the original itinerary. Sometimes, due to traffic flow, crowds, mountain entry reservations, and hotel confirmation relationships, the itinerary may be changed before and after, or the order of sightseeing spots or accommodation areas may be adjusted. The final arrangement will be based on the on-site arrangement, please understand.
- Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. Travelers over the age of 80 must be accompanied by family members or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Bathing facilities at Japanese hot spring hotels do not allow entry for people with tattoos or body art (including tattoo stickers, body art, etc.), those who are drunk, or those with skin diseases or other infectious diseases. Please understand and cooperate.
- This itinerary includes a relatively long period of transportation. Please evaluate your personal physical condition and it is recommended to wear light and comfortable clothing and shoes to participate. All attractions need to be reached by walking.
