very unprofessional, the driver didn't show up and didn't even contact us. if they want to cancel it, they could tell us. 🙄 imagine waking up so early and waiting then no one shows up. it was good that klook service was helpful amd they will refund our money to back. I hope 🙏 klook will remove their service so they wont scam more ppl.
