taste: evwrything is so good service: attentive ang crew
Before booking, we asked if there was a time limit, and they said it was 3 hours. However, upon arrival, they said it was only 2 hours. The good thing is they accommodated us right away, even though we arrived earlier than our booked time. The refill took longer than expected; we asked for a refill of our broth, but it took a while. There was also an unpleasant smell in the area, particularly near the tempura station. The staff were approachable, though.
They didn't know the process for using Klook. At first, they didn't want to accept it. They put us in the corner with an air conditioner blocking the way, so we couldn't get comfortable. As for the food, it wasn't fresh. The sushi was sour and hard. There was no rice available. The meat took a long time to get.
