Reviews
Lovely trip to beppu, safari and yufuin. enjoyed the adventure and ease of the trip. suspect that the guide was not feeling well, lacked enthusiasm.
Our tour guide, Ms. Wu Xia, was very attentive. She managed our time at each attraction perfectly, kindly helped us take photos, and provided thorough explanations. She was always ready to answer questions and was very thoughtful and friendly. Excellent! We look forward to our next trip with her.
The tour guide's explanations were detailed and patient, and the driver drove very smoothly. Overall, the service was excellent.
Booking through Klook eliminates the hassle of trying to snag tickets online for the Yufuin no Mori scenic train. Plus, taking a tour bus directly to Kyushu Natural Animal Park is much easier than renting a car. Our tour guide, Lily, was fantastic – attentive, providing insightful commentary, and sharing travel tips for Japan. Highly recommended!
Our tour guide, Hedy, was wonderful and very friendly. She helped resolve all sorts of issues for the group members and was also great at taking photos!
Lily is very professional and meticulous.
