[Preparation for Travel]

  1. It is recommended to bring warm underwear and thick socks (with an extra pair), as the temperature in the ski resort is low, so keep the inner layer warm.
  2. If you wear personal sunglasses/glasses, you can prepare a non-slip rope to avoid slipping during exercise.
  3. No need to bring extra snow gear, the package includes a full set of equipment (helmets, goggles, etc. are distributed after disinfection).

[Safety Instructions]

  1. Please cooperate with the coach to complete warm-up exercises before skiing to avoid muscle strain.
