  • The price applies to a 3-passenger private sedan car. Please note that you will not be able to choose your preferred vehicle for this service
  • Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children aged 0-5 must be secured in a child safety seat. Please bring one as it is the parent's or caregiver's responsibility
  • You may bring food and drinks inside the vehicle as long as you keep your surroundings clean
  • Please fill out your Flight Information and Destination Information in the space provided when booking. Refusal may cause the failure of your shuttle service bookings
  • Klook and SuperShuttle are not responsible for any damage or loss to your personal belongings
  • For International Flight Departure Shuttle Service, local operator will pick you up at your selected hotel at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time
  • Service Animal and Pet (less than 25 pounds) are allowed to board the vehicle. All animals excluding service animals must be kenneled to board the vehicle

Oversized and Extra Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger can only bring 1 standard size suitcase and 1 small carry on item (e.g. diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or purse) due to the limited luggage space on the vehicle
  • Extra fees may apply for oversized and extra luggage. Please refer to Oversized and Extra Luggage Policy for detailed information
  • Passenger with oversized/extra luggage will be required to pay the extra fees at the counter
  • Should excess luggage occur, passenger may be put in an exclusive SuperShuttle van, and additional fees may apply
