Kaze Spa in Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN-Departure)

To conclude my trip, I booked a spa treatment instead of using the lounge. Frankly, it exceeded my expectations for the price. I've used spas extensively both in Japan and abroad, but this was an absolutely divine experience. The process from entry to treatment was incredibly smooth. The interior is small, with white-themed curtain partitions and dim lighting. I had the 90-minute course, and the quality of the treatment was so exceptional that I was thoroughly satisfied. It wasn't painful; my shoulders and legs were treated delicately, while my back and lower back received very thorough attention. The oil had an indescribably high-quality fragrance, and its lingering scent after the treatment left me feeling wonderful. I highly recommend it to cap off your trip! The only drawback is that it's located within the restricted area. I was connecting from a domestic flight, and it took a while to get through immigration. I strongly advise booking with plenty of extra time.

Tried Kaze Cha Airport Massage before my flight and it was one of the best decisions. The atmosphere is calm despite being in the airport, staff are professional, and the massage was incredibly soothing—great for relieving travel fatigue. I was unable to receive my treatment due to a delay. On the day of my appointment, I was informed that my flight would be delayed until late at night, making it impossible to make my spa reservation. I requested to cancel, but was told that since it was less than 24 hours before the appointment, they could not accommodate the cancellation, and I would still have to pay despite not receiving the treatment. This is not a city spa; it's located within the airport's restricted area, so if a delay occurs, you can't receive treatment even if you want to. Delays are common, and it's also common to be notified of a delay less than 24 hours before boarding. Therefore, I believe many more people like me will end up having to pay without receiving treatment. This review is not about the spa treatment itself, as I didn't receive it, but rather about the cancellation policy. Dealing with the cancellation policy and payment obligation late into the night, amidst the chaos of a delayed flight on my last day, was exhausting. I believe people book this spa hoping to relax and reset before heading home on their last day, but this reservation, unfortunately, left me feeling exhausted and disappointed at the very end of my trip. I've learned my lesson and will never book a spa within an airport's restricted area again.
