• I. Vehicle Qualification: Our company strictly selects commercial vehicles with legal operating qualifications. All vehicles have passed the annual inspection and regular safety inspections. We do not accept requests for specific vehicle types. According to Xinjiang transportation regulations, commercial vehicles cannot travel more than 600 kilometers per day. If the number of kilometers exceeds 600, the driver will face a huge fine of 20,000 to 100,000 yuan/revocation of business license. Therefore, for daily travel activities outside of the itinerary, it is recommended that you arrange your own taxis, online car-hailing, or other transportation. • II. About travel companions: This itinerary is a national group tour for 2-4 people (2 people required to start/4 people maximum). Due to the random group booking characteristics, it is impossible to screen the age, gender, region and other information of the travel companions in advance. Special reminder: Tourists with special requirements for the social environment are advised to choose a customized chartered car service.
• III. Explanation of single room supplement and accommodation arrangements:
• Voluntary room sharing principle Single male/female applicants who accept room sharing arrangements can be exempted from the single room supplement. The room sharing object only guarantees the same gender, and does not promise specific information such as age, occupation, or region. For example: a single male tourist may share a room with male tourists or drivers of different ages. Explanation of exclusive accommodation costs. If you insist on single occupancy, you need to make up the full room price difference (the specific amount is subject to the itinerary quotation). Accommodation rules for multiple people traveling together. If there are odd numbers of people traveling together (such as families/groups), the travel agency will match genders according to the available room sharing resources on the day. For example: when a family of three travels, if only a single male tourist is matched on the day, the male member of the family needs to share a room with him. Those who mind this should pay the single room supplement.
• IV. About accommodation: Since Xinjiang is still an underdeveloped area, hotels are very different from those in the mainland, especially in scenic spots. Only cleanliness and hygiene can be guaranteed. Even so, it is still difficult to find a room during the peak season. Most hotels do not have triple rooms. This product does not accept children sharing rooms alone, nor does it accept adult tourists with children sharing rooms; if you travel alone with children, you must pay the single room supplement or register the children as adults before departure, and the corresponding ticket discount difference will be refunded locally.
• V. About switching seats: Carpooling is not a chartered car. To ensure the fairness of the trip, seats must be rotated every day!
• VI. Driver guide service: The driver's cultural level is limited and cannot provide professional explanations. For safety reasons, they may not be able to interact with everyone when driving attentively. Please understand this and prepare your travel guides in advance.
• VII. About price: This route is a national group tour, and prices vary from place to place. Prices also vary depending on the time of registration, the popularity of the class on the day, and the booking channel platform. Once you accept our price and join the team, regardless of whether it is high or low, our company will not accept price complaints, please understand.
• VIII. About after-sales service: During the tour, if you have any needs or suggestions, please contact the housekeeper or team leader, and we will provide you with assistance as soon as possible. To ensure that service quality issues can be handled in a timely and proper manner, if no objection is raised during the trip, and feedback is given after returning to the group, our company will not accept any complaints after the end of the team.
• IX. Registration for large groups of more than four people: We will allocate them to two independent vehicles according to the actual capacity (each vehicle is an independent small group). Each vehicle may have independent itinerary rhythms or differences in intermediate stops. Forcibly requiring parallel actions will interfere with the experience plan of other teams and even cause overall itinerary delays.
