Thank you for your patience. • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, confirmation of cancellation will be made by 18:00 local time the day before departure and you will be notified by email. Seating and Vehicles • This is a group tour, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be determined on-site. • The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and you cannot specify the type of vehicle. When there are fewer people, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanation may be brief. • If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustment and Safety • Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be charged (ranging from ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 per hour). • The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stop and visit times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. • If cable cars, sightseeing boats, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the length of stay will be adjusted. • No refunds will be given for lateness, temporary changes to the meeting place, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group. Seasons and Landscapes • Visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when visibility is low. It is recommended to confirm weather information before booking. • Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenes, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The peak blooming season and autumn foliage season may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not reached, the itinerary will still depart as normal and no refunds will be given.
Other Notes • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway. • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain itineraries.
- The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please register carefully based on your health condition.
- After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be中止 due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refunds will be given, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.
- During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that night, and to bring your own light food and a power bank.
