Please specify your preferred start time when booking.
Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
If you are running late or unable to arrive on time, contact the office in advance.
Helmet rental is included, and wearing a helmet is mandatory.
Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers; avoid loose items that could get caught in the chain.
Liability insurance covers third-party damages only; personal injuries are not included.
A late return fee of ¥1,100 per hour will be charged.
Repair fees will apply in case of bike damage.
A valid ID must be presented upon rental.
In the event of damage to the bicycle, you will be charged 10% of the total repair cost.
Helmets are not covered by the damage waiver. In case of loss or damage, a compensation fee of ¥3,850 will be charged.
In the event of bicycle theft, it is not covered by the damage waiver. You will be required to pay the full cost of a new replacement bicycle.
