What to expect
Boarding Process
Air-Sea Process
- Check the flight schedule for Nansha Passenger Port - Hong Kong International Airport and arrive at the Nansha Passenger Port Airport Line check-in service counter at least 60 minutes in advance to check in your luggage and complete registration procedures.
- Take the Nansha Passenger Port high-speed ferry directly to Hong Kong International Airport Sky Pier (approximately 70 minutes).
- Upon arrival at the Sky Pier, claim your luggage and proceed to the airline counter to check in and collect your tax refund coupon (if you have checked your luggage directly at Nansha Port, you do not need to claim it again).
- After security check at the Sky Pier, collect a tax refund of HK$200 per person at the tax refund counter and take the Airport Express to the boarding gate (approximately 2 minutes) to board the plane to the world.
Sea-Air Process
- After getting off the plane, you do not need to enter Hong Kong or collect your checked luggage; follow the signs for "Mainland/Macau Ferry Ticketing" to the ferry transfer counter.
- Present your passport and baggage tag at the ferry transfer counter marked CKS to purchase a ticket to "Nansha Passenger Port" (staff will arrange for automatic luggage transfer).
- Take the Airport Express to the Sky Pier and follow the staff's guidance or the indicated gate to take the Nansha Passenger Port high-speed ferry.
- Arrive at Guangzhou Nansha Passenger Port by ferry, collect your luggage according to the signs, and after passing border inspection, customs inspection, and national inspection, arrive at the Guangzhou Nansha Passenger Port lobby.

Luggage Information
- Each full-fare ticket allows one free piece of luggage (not exceeding 20KG). Additional luggage will be charged a fee per item.
Eligibility
- Children aged 5+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 1 year (inclusive) to under 5 years old can purchase children's tickets.
- Infants who do not require tickets will not be assigned a separate seat.

Prohibited Items and Penalties for Violations:
- Flammable, explosive, radioactive, corrosive, and toxic materials
- Items with contagious diseases or emitting odors
- Items that may damage the ship or endanger the personal safety and property of others
- Offensive weapons, ammunition
- Poultry and livestock affecting the cleanliness of passenger ships
- If an accident or loss is caused by a passenger deliberately disguising or concealing the above-mentioned items, the person or responsible party shall bear full responsibility.
- To prevent the above prohibited items from being brought on board and to ensure the safety of passengers and the ship, the carrier or its agent on duty has the right to request passengers to open their luggage for inspection. Passengers should cooperate, and the carrier has the right to refuse boarding to those who do not cooperate.
- Passengers shall be liable for damages caused to the ship or other passengers as a result of bringing prohibited items on board. For the safety of passengers and the ship, the carrier may unload, destroy, or render harmless such prohibited items at any time and at any location without being liable for compensation.
Important Notice
- Transfer time refers to the minimum connection time, which is the time from arrival at the SkyPier to the departure of the flight.
- Passengers who need to transfer to flights departing at or before 13:15 the next morning can choose to take the last ferry to the SkyPier Transfer Building the day before and stay overnight. See List of Airlines Operating in the Morning for details.
- Check-in service means that passengers can check in at Nansha Port, collect boarding passes and check luggage to the destination.
- Direct baggage service means that passengers can check their baggage to the destination of the flight at Nansha Port, but passengers must still go to the airline counter to check in after arriving at the SkyPier at Hong Kong Airport.
