【Pre-Departure Information】

• Please be on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), no refund will be given. Please note that no refunds will be provided.
• This tour is a fixed route group tour. You will be sharing the ride with other passengers throughout the journey, and the vehicle cannot be stopped at will outside of attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also serves as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the tour (in the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• Each person is allowed to bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, you can pay JPY 2000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide reserves the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a disclaimer agreement from our staff at jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

【During the Tour】

• The stop time at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The tour schedule may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for delays or partial itinerary changes. Thank you for your understanding and understanding of the uncertainties of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any stains or damage are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the tour starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group.)
