  • Please note: Children aged 3-5 can take the lift for free. However, the bus ticket in this package is not available for this age group. Please get the one-way tickets for them instead
  • Passengers on the bus from Tomamu to Sapporo may be asked to transfer to another bus at New Chitose Airport
  • The lunch menu is subject to change depending on the availability of dishes on the date of your transfer
  • Vegetarian and allergy-friendly options are available. Please notify the operator in advance
  • Prior to the start of the trip, you are strongly recommended to confirm the bus operation
  • Operation may be canceled in cases of natural disasters or abnormal weather. In this case, no compensation will be provided. You can, however, request for a reschedule
  • The trip might get delayed due to road or weather conditions. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee
  • Full refunds can be issued if you cannot arrive at the pick up location and join the tour because of a force majeure situation (i.e. flight delays or cancelations) as long as you provide the necessary certification
