- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to departure time. To avoid delays to subsequent itineraries, latecomers will not be accommodated. We will not contact you in advance, so please arrive at the meeting point on time.
- A friendly reminder that traffic congestion is common on weekends and holidays. Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers cannot work overtime. Therefore, the duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted according to traffic conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the number of participants signing up for the English or Chinese tour is less than 10, the service will be provided via App. Please acknowledge and agree to this before participating.
- The Penguin Walk event is held only when there is snow. Therefore, it will not be available when snow has not yet accumulated or has already melted. Thank you for your understanding.
- Activities included with the admission ticket are snow tubing, bubble ball, fat tire snow biking, snow football, and the observation deck. Snow rafting, mini snowmobiles, and quad snowmobiles are available at an additional cost.
- Bus arrival may be delayed due to road conditions. Please note that no guarantees are provided in the event of the termination of transportation services. In this case, cancellation fees for same-day trips will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

- Infants aged 0-2 who do not require a separate seat are free of charge. If a seat is required, the adult fare will apply.
- If you are participating while traveling to Hokkaido/Sapporo, please avoid participating on the last day of your trip. (No compensation will be provided for bus delays.)
- Passengers may store one suitcase each (up to 30kg) in the bus trunk. The depth/height/width of each piece of luggage should not exceed 155cm. Please do not store valuables in the bus trunk. Our company is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of luggage stored in the bus trunk.
