This time, you are Alice. As you step into the gradually collapsing Wonderland, where forests wither, clocks stop, and animals disappear... only your choices and actions can restore the world. Ticketing Information
- Admission is free for children under 2 years of age. A valid ID must be presented for verification, and they must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
- Concession tickets are available for students (a valid student ID must be presented upon entry), children aged 2 to under 12 years old (tickets are required for entry; children under 6 years old must present their original ID and be accompanied by a ticketed adult), and holders of disability certificates or related documentation.
- This entertainment ticket has been approved for use by the Zhongshan Branch of the Taipei City Tax Service under document No. Beishi Ke Zhongshan Yi Zi No. 1144109992, dated September 15, 2025, and entertainment tax has been applied for and paid to the tax authorities in the performance venue's location. (Ticket price includes entertainment tax collected on behalf).
- Please complete your visit during the exhibition period (2025/11/08 - 2026/01/25). No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the exhibition period. Thank you for your understanding.
- Each ticket is valid for the specified number of people. A two-person ticket admits 2 people, and a three-person ticket admits 3 people. Tickets are required for entry and cannot be split or reused.
- Private events can be booked on Tuesdays. If a private event is scheduled, it will be announced on the fan page 📢. Visitors planning to visit on Tuesdays should pay close attention: https://www.facebook.com/alicesaveswonderland
- In the event of any discrepancies, the organizer's regulations and interpretations shall prevail. The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel the event and these terms and conditions.
- Purchasers and participants of this event ticket are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Admission Information
- The exhibition area is designed with a one-way story flow. It is recommended to experience the complete flow in one go to ensure the best immersive experience. If you need to re-enter after leaving, you can get a re-entry stamp at the exit and re-enter the queue at the entrance. This is only valid during the exhibition's opening hours on the same day. No ticket is required to purchase merchandise in the souvenir area. Please proceed to the souvenir area from the exit.
- Please avoid bumping into exhibits when entering the exhibition area. It is recommended to bring light personal belongings to the exhibition venue.
- The organizer does not actively provide baggage storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition hall according to the staff's instructions. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
- Pets (except guide dogs), plastic bags, long umbrellas (short umbrellas should be stored in your bag), and various dangerous and illegal items are not allowed in the exhibition hall. Compensation at market price is required for any damage caused within the exhibition hall.
- Commercial photography or interviews are not allowed without prior permission. Please abide by the regulations of each exhibition area and respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the exhibition.
- There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the restroom on the floor where the exhibition is located before entering.
- Please follow the visiting route, exhibition rules, and instructions of the on-site staff. If there are large crowds, please queue in order.
- No running, playing, eating, or drinking is allowed in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food or beverages into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets on-site is prohibited. If any inappropriate behavior is not corrected after being advised, the person will be required to leave immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of the ticket fee will be provided.
- On-site staff are stationed throughout the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you find any suspicious person or object, find lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify the nearby staff for assistance.
