Ticketing Information

• Each ticket is valid for single entry during the exhibition period and cannot be reused. Lost, damaged, or torn tickets with detached admission stubs will be considered invalid and will not be reissued, exchanged, or refunded. Please keep your tickets safe.
• Holders of concession tickets, special tickets, and those eligible for free admission are required to present relevant identification documents. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• Persons with disabilities who require assistance are limited to one companion. The person with a disability and their companion must attend together. Those who do not meet the eligibility requirements must purchase a ticket for entry.
• To maintain smooth traffic flow within the exhibition hall, please park strollers outside the exhibition area. Please take care of your personal belongings, as there are no cloakroom services available at the exhibition.
• Please do not bring food, beverages, pets (except guide dogs), or long umbrellas (except canes for the elderly) into the venue. Eating (including chewing gum and betel nut) and smoking are prohibited inside the venue.
• During peak hours, admission may be regulated to control the flow of visitors. Please cooperate with on-site staff and queue for entry.
• For ticket refunds, please return to the original point of purchase before the end of the exhibition (2025/11/30) to complete the refund process. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the ticket price for refunds. Refunds will not be accepted after the exhibition ends.
• Other ticketing regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket shall be handled in accordance with the Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions of the Standard Form Contract for Arts and Culture Exhibition Tickets promulgated by the Ministry of Culture.
• Exhibition regulations are subject to on-site announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify or supplement these regulations at any time and to modify or terminate this event.

Visiting Information

• No cloakroom services are provided at the exhibition venue, and we are not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
• Photography is permitted in certain areas of this exhibition. Please observe on-site signs and staff instructions. The use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses, and stabilizers is prohibited throughout the exhibition area. Commercial photography and interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition hall. Please use the restrooms inside the building before entering the exhibition.
• Please follow the visitor route, exhibition rules, and instructions of on-site staff. If there are large crowds, please queue in an orderly manner.
• No playing, running, or eating is allowed inside the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food or beverages into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nut are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets on-site is prohibited. Those who engage in inappropriate behavior and fail to heed warnings will be required to leave the venue immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund will be provided.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long umbrellas, and various dangerous and illegal items are not allowed inside the exhibition hall. Do not hit or touch the exhibits and display cases. Compensation will be required for any damage caused.
• On-site staff are stationed throughout the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you notice any suspicious persons or objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please notify the nearest staff member immediately for assistance.
• If you need to re-enter after leaving, you can get a re-entry stamp at the exit of the exhibition hall and queue at the entrance again. Re-entry is only allowed within the exhibition's business hours on the same day. No additional ticket is required to purchase merchandise in the souvenir area. Please proceed to the souvenir area from the exit.
• The exhibition's business hours, content, and regulations are subject to change based on on-site announcements or announcements on the official fan page. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event if there are any unaddressed matters above.
