What to expect
Good to know
- Participants must register and collect their wristbands at the Cityplaza Ice Palace ticketing counter at least 30 minutes before the event starts. Registration opens from 1:00 PM.
- Participants may enter the venue earliest at 2:45 PM.
- The skating session lasts for 2 hours, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- "Face Painting" and the "Spook-tacular Costume Contest" will only be held during the public skating sessions on October 25 and 26, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- If the queue for "Face Painting" is too long, staff will distribute queue numbers on-site and arrange for participants to return at a designated time, with approximately 15 minutes between each number.
- Participants of the "Spook-tacular Costume Contest" are requested to stay until 5:00 PM for the live announcement of winners.
- To ensure safety, special costumes are recommended to be at most knee-length and should not interfere with other skaters.
- If needed, please bring your own gloves and wear high-rise socks, long-sleeved sweatshirts, and sports pants.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted two hours before the event starts (i.e., at 1:00 PM): "Face Painting" and related workshops will be canceled and the "Spook-tacular Costume Contest" will proceed as scheduled.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 9 or above is hoisted two hours before the event starts (i.e., at 1:00 PM): All activities will be canceled.
- Tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled.
