Saurabh was my tour guide today, and he made the visit to the Taj Mahal truly unforgettable. He is very experienced, knowledgeablef, and explained the history of the Taj Mahal in a clear and engaging way. Every story and detail made the monument feel more alive and meaningful. What I really appreciated was that they provided communication through WhatsApp. The Taj Mahal itself is absolutely breathtaking, and with Saurabh’s guidance, the visit became even more amazing and memorable. Highly recommended.

Honestly, even though I'd seen it in photos hundreds of times, seeing it in person was a completely different experience. First of all, the whiteness. It looks faintly pink when hit by the morning light, and it's amazing how the expression changes depending on the time of day. It didn't just feel like a "big building," but rather like the whole atmosphere was designed. Up close, it's surprisingly delicate. The intricate marble decorations and the jewel-inlaid patterns (inlaid work) are really meticulous, to the point where you think, "Was this really made by human hands?" From a distance, it looks perfectly symmetrical, but up close, there are human touches in the details. That contrast was impressive. Also, I think I understand a little why it's said to be a "symbol of love." This is the mausoleum built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his deceased wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It's also a display of power, but more than that, it was a scale that made you feel a "level of obsession" in his love.

I started my day very early, waking up at 6 AM to visit the Taj Mahal. Even though it was still quiet and the sun had just started rising, the moment I arrived at the gates, everything already felt magical. The tour guide assigned to me was incredibly helpful. He explained the history in a simple but meaningful way, guided me to the best photo spots, and made sure I understood the story behind every corner of the Taj Mahal. Even though he didn’t want his name mentioned — out of respect for the company and to give equal opportunity to other guides — I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Despite a small unpleasant street experience outside the complex (which is normal around big tourist areas), once I stepped inside the Taj Mahal grounds, everything felt peaceful and beautiful. The atmosphere, the architecture, and the early-morning light made the experience unforgettable. Overall, it was a smooth, memorable visit, and I truly recommend doing the sunrise tour.

The payment through PayPal was simple. I immediately received a message on WhatsApp with a clear explanation, and within 30 minutes, the PDF tickets arrived. On the day of, both at the entrance gate and during the internal checks, I just showed the PDF on my phone and passed without any issues. It was a huge help. It's truly wonderful to experience something stress-free in India.
