- Special items including but not limited to wheelchairs, strollers, and golf equipment will be regarded as 1 piece of extra large luggage. Please reach out to the operator for details
- If there are more passengers or more pieces of luggage than the car can allow, the driver may refuse the service. In this case, you will not get a refund
