Four Seasons Buffet and Hotpot in Araneta Center Cubao

The place is very spacious and has a nice ambiance. The food selection is okay. When it comes to their hotpot, there are other restaurants that taste better, but this one is still fine. I really enjoyed the dessert section because there were plenty of options. I just hope they can improve the time slots since it’s only either 11:00 AM or 5:30 PM, and you’re not allowed to be late, which is a bit too early for lunch or dinner. Overall, the experience was okay, and I would still recommend this place.

Booked this Four Seasons klook pass and it was easy to avail. Simply chat them in their FB page and they will note it with klook voucher. We did not pay any service charge on site. Since we have reservation, we were the first ones to be seated. Convenient and highly recommended.

Celebrated my brother's birthday. Good food. Just the right menu. Many ingredients for the hot pot soup. I'm glad they have vegetable soup. They will give you the best offer available when it is time to pay the bill.

I was expecting something more. The meat that was cooked there (they fried it in front of you) was frankly tough. You had to request tea separately, which was inconvenient.

We've been dining in this branch since 2018, until we considered using klook to use for my mother's birthday to avail their promo. First thing I noticed is that food choices were limited unlike before. And then when we billed the manager, Felix told us that they don't recognize bookings in klook and our gift certificate when we have dropped by 3 days before for reservation and asked if they accept klook and the said they do. They hold us to their establishment until 12 midnight and the manager like a broken record keep repeating the same statement all over again. It was a horrible experience and we're never going back to this place again.
