• ShanChill is located in a natural environment with low altitude and small temperature differences. Please assess the weather and your physical condition and bring sufficient warm clothing.
• Please bring your own personal hygiene products: comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, slippers, shaving cream, and shower cap.
• Pets are strictly prohibited in this park to ensure the comfort and environmental safety of other guests. Guests bringing pets will be denied entry.

• Check-in for entry to this park is at 15:00, allowing access to accommodation and various facilities on the mountain.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM the next day. For those who delay check-out without prior notice for a valid reason, an overtime fee of NT$1000 will be charged for each hour exceeded.
• The on-site landscape design follows natural laws and is an ecological mosquito control area, but it is still a natural environment. If you have allergies, please bring appropriate medication to avoid triggering allergies. Mosquito repellent and a basic first-aid kit are available on-site; please contact the housekeeper if needed.
• There is no age limit in this park, but to maintain the safety and quality of living in this park, please take care of your children and respect other guests. The park has unpredictable risks such as poolsides, forests, ponds, and wild animals. Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times to avoid accidents. The company is not responsible for any injuries or compensation to children. Parents who are unwilling to accompany their children are requested not to make reservations.
• The campsite is a natural environment with elevation differences and slopes. Elderly people and those with mobility issues should assess their physical condition to determine if it is suitable for them to visit. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• The pond in the park is a filtered pond. Swimmers are responsible for their own safety. It is open depending on weather conditions. Please do not enter the water during non-open hours. Children must be accompanied by a parent to participate in activities. The swimming pool is open until 22:00 at the latest.
• The park provides children's tableware and high chairs. For babies, a baby bath, baby bottles, sterilizer, crib, baby seat, and tableware are provided, along with a free blanket service (please inform in advance).
• Food and beverages are available in the park. Self-cooking, lighting fires, or cooking are prohibited. If you have any dietary restrictions or potential allergens, please inform us during check-in to facilitate meal preparation.
• Kitchen refrigerator space is limited and is only for assisting with breast milk, baby food, and cake preservation. Beverages, alcohol, snacks, etc., will not be refrigerated.
• Please cherish all public property and equipment in the park. Do not take them out without permission. If there is any damage, compensation will be charged at the original price.
• To maintain accommodation quality and the rights of other guests, except for private bookings, noise levels in the park will be regulated. Please keep noise down between 22:00 and 07:00 the next day. Loud shouting is prohibited. The use of dice cups, pai gow, and mahjong is prohibited.
• To maintain natural environmental safety and the rights of other guests, smokers in non-designated areas, such as campsites or tents, will be asked to immediately stop their activities and leave the park. All tents are made of fabric material. If indoor smoking leads to the need for additional odor removal, a cleaning fee of NT$3000 per tent will be charged.
• The park provides soft and alcoholic beverages. If excessive drinking, vomiting, or defecation due to personal reasons requires double cleaning of the tent, a cleaning fee of NT$5000 per tent will be charged. If there is damage, compensation will be charged at the original price.
• The park provides free parking spaces, but only offers parking space and is not responsible for safekeeping. Please park in the correct position and with appropriate protection.
