Shirogane Blue Pond & Forest Elf Terrace Night Illumination Experience

The itinerary was great. We were able to cover a lot of beautiful tourist spots with comfort and ease. Tip: bring a lot of food and snacks because there won’t be time alloted for meals. We were allowed to eat inside the bus, we just had to manage our trash. Our tour guide Oliver was also great. They sent an e-mail the night before the tour for reminders. The meeting spot was easy to find. We went with our two year old toddler. We brought a stroller and the company asked for additional 1,500 yen fee for bringing the stroller which was charged on the day of the tour. Also, children were not allowed to ride the snow mobile so we had no choice but to wait for the others and play in the snow instead. Overall, we had a lot of fun and made beautiful memories.

Thank you for Mr Oliver who is really helpful and kind to my kids, he is really good in english, chinese and Japanese. I'm recommended this tour if you want to visit Ningle Terrace in the evening with a better view to take a photo. And thank you for Mr Driver too who is really kind too. My kids are so happy especially the snowmobile 😆

Our tour guide Oliver was incredibly accommodating and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Even though we had some delays (due to bad traffic/weather conditions) and had to change one attraction, he was very apologetic and immediately found a way to make the experience just as enjoyable. He was always attentive, patient, and happy to adjust based on everyone's needs. The tips he shared were genuinely helpful—from local insights to practical advice that made our trip so much better. You can really tell he cares about giving guests a great experience. Highly recommended!

This was a truly delightful trip! Both the tour guide and driver were incredibly friendly. The driver even politely reminded us to "please be careful when boarding" every time we got on the bus. We were also fortunate enough to experience the tour company's special appreciation service, receiving complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a really warm and pleasant surprise! The guide also helped us take photos and shared interesting information about the attractions. A big thank you to our guide, Mr. Shangdao, for making this trip such a memorable experience!

A day trip covering all the scenic spots in Biei! The guide, MASA, sent an email the day before departure, informing us of the itinerary, meeting point, and contact information, which was very reassuring. On the day of the tour, I arrived at the meeting point with excitement and anticipation. Masa introduced the sights along the way, generously sharing information about the attractions, his own experiences, and local cuisine. In addition to his verbal explanations, he sometimes used images (snowmobiles, souvenirs), making the entire trip very satisfying!

A day trip where you don't have to wake up early is fantastic! It's wonderful to visit all the desired attractions without having to arrange transportation. The tour guide was excellent at organizing everything and provided very detailed explanations! The group members were punctual, which made the entire trip very smooth!

The tour was very remarkable with a very responsive guide, Zoey (I hope I wrote the nane correctly). They reply to emails quickly and provide a Whatsapp for easy communication before the tour and very clear instructions on the meeting point. The tour was also very spot-on with schedules so everything ran as planned. I think the highlight is the snowmobile, so if you don’t plan to get it, you will miss out. The rest of the tour is just go to the spots and spend around 30-40 minutes doing whatever you want, which mostly will just be taking pictures. Along the way, the guide will explain about the spots you are about to see so you get an idea of what it will be about. Overall, this tour is recommended if you take the snowmobile, which is 15-20k yen (single/double). Take note, while the tour provides snacks and bottled water, there won’t be eating session, so bring your own easy-carry and filling food for the whole day.

Great illumination experience in Biei and Furano. The tour was a small group which made it feel exclusive and well organized. Everything ran smoothly, even in the freezing weather. Our guide, Arafat, was very friendly and loved sharing stories, making the journey even more memorable 😊

Great itinerary, the time spent at each attraction was just right, and the tour leader Oliver was also very nice. The driver was also reassuring driving on a snowy night. Really happy 👍
